Gigi Hadid's Pasta Recipe

It's another weekend. so, you can relax in your own comfort zone and take a rest to get refreshed for the next week. So maybe you can try to cook something new. If you like pasta, you can try this Gigi hadid's pasta recipe.

 

§  Sautée onions, garlic and tomatoes in a pan.

§  Add ¼ cup tomato paste and fresh basil, if you have any.

§  Add ½ cup heavy cream and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

(“More if u like it hotter,” she said. and cook until almost evaporated.”)

§  Stir in heavy cream and pasta sauce until combined. Add salt and pepper.

§  Remove from heat.

§  When the pasta is ready, add ¼ of pasta water to sauce, 1 tablespoon of butter, and then pour the pasta into the pan with the sauce.

§  Stir over medium heat, “til butter has melted and sauce is sauccyyyyy.”

§  Add ¼ cup parmesan cheese and stir

§  Taste, and if needed, add more salt and pepper
